Returns Policy
In-store Purchase Returns:
In-store purchases must be returned within three days for a full refund. If items are returned within seven days, you will receive in-store credit. All clearance or special order items are final sale, no returns.
Online Purchase Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We allow longer time for online purchase returns to account for transit time. If the return is a result of our error (incorrect or damaged item), we will pay the return shipping cost.

Shipping
Can you ship my items to another state?
We can ship to virtually anywhere in the U.S.
Note: there are some restrictions for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.
How is the shipping rate calculated?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability or your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping rates for many items are weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
